Creo que hoy no es necesario hacer una introducción sobre la película a la que pertenece la banda sonora del análisis. Su título, sus actores, la novela en la que se basa y la taquilla que recaudó en todo el mundo hablan por si solos.
El faraónico proyecto del que se hizo cargo Peter Jackson ha dado mucho de que hablar, tanto para bien, como para mal. Pero cuando las críticas se refieren al apartado musical, suelen tirar más hacia lo positivo.
